Experience Israel through your belly, with delicious healthful cuisine.
Together we will learn to make a classic Israeli Friday Night salad spread- “Salatim”.

On the menu:

1- Lemony & Creamy Hummus spread

2- Mildly Spicy Matbucha- a Morracon Tomato “spread”

3- Grilled “Hazil” (eggplant) salad

4- Chickpea-Teff “Lafa”- to enjoy with all the “Salatim”

Shabbat Shalom!

Workshops suitable for all ages- younger ages- supervision and some help may be needed in the kitchen.

Workshops run approx. 1-2 hrs.

All workshops are Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Refined Sugar free & absolutely delicious 🙂
