Lost Tribe Minecraft Mini Camp is a fantastic way to provide interactive, collaborative, and innovative Jewish programming to kids aged 8-13 in a safe, virtual setting. Each group of 10 kids are accompanied by a Lost Tribe Minecraft counselor who leads the campers through a series of interactive games and fun Jewish experiences, like writing notes at our virtual kotel, or holiday-themed building challenges. Each group meets one hour a week for 8 weeks. This program is designed to fully engage children and does NOT require a parent or guardian to be involved during the sessions. Please contact jake@losttribeesports.org for more information on the program and how we can best serve your community’s needs.
My son took part in this program and his words exactly were “That was the most awesome camp ever”. Not only did he get to “hang out” with his friends but they did all sorts of Jewish experiences and minigames. I can’t wait for round 2!
THe Minecraft mini-camp was a great success with our students. I thought that after spending 2 hours online for religious school they would not be interested in remaining on a screen (or their parents would not be interested in that). The parents are pleased that they are playing these games with other Jewish students whom they have not met in person and developing friendships. I have been pleased with the responsiveness of the staff.
As part of our supplementary school revamp for the pandemic, we wanted to engage kids in community building and Jewish content through gaming – and this has been a wonderful experience. Kids are saying that they can’t wait for Minecraft Mondays – and have asked us to continue it post-pandemic too!

Lost Tribe has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Although we just began a Minecraft Mini-Camp with Lost Tribe, we are so excited to continue working with them to infuse Judaism into our program in unique ways. The game is easy to pick up and our youth have loved it so far. The counselors that are running our program have been extremely helpful and encouraging for our youth. Also, Lost Tribe provided us with a fantastic graphic and promotional video to share with our congregation to showcase what they have to offer! TKE is looking forward to a continued partnership with Lost Tribe now and in the future.
I am the Manager of a local PJ Library/PJ Our Way community at a Jewish Federation in Southern California. We worked with Lost Tribe Esports to facilitate a winter break, Hanukkah-themed Minecraft adventure called “Minecraftukkah”, and it was an incredible success for our community of families raising Jewish kids ages 8-12. The experience incorporated Judaism in a meaningful way, participants got to do something fun during their Winter Break while under stay-at-home orders because of the pandemic, and parents had time to do what they needed to while their kids were occupied. It was the perfect time to work with Lost Tribe Esports to host something that was just as fun as it was safe. Participants are asking for more, and we’re excited for our next partnership with Lost Tribe Esports this Spring.
