Through her “Self-Care Challah” virtual workshops, Beth Ricanati, MD is out to heal the world one challah at a time. These virtual classes are based on the tenets of her award-winning book, Braided: A Journey of a Thousand Challahs: what it means to have a meaningful ritual, the importance of building and sustaining communities and exploring what it means to be present…and of course make delish challah! Workshop have ranged from small, intimate, gatherings of 10 to large 300+ people. Features include:
– workshops are approximately 45 minutes
– workshops intersperses mindfulness and health tips while preparing challah dough
– after the workshop, participants receive baking instructions to finish making challah
