Communities Confronting Substance Use and Addiction

CCSA’s mission is to create stigma-free Jewish communities through awareness, education, and prevention programming regarding substance use and addiction. These are issues that affect people of all ages and backgrounds, and the Jewish community is no exception. By understanding that addiction is a disease that can happen to anyone, we can create greater awareness and open and honest discussions on this topic in our Jewish communities and schools. Through its three primary initiatives - prevention education in schools, community awareness events, and support groups for those whose loved ones are struggling with addiction - CCSA strives to break the cycle of addiction and save lives.
