Dominique Tomasov

Born in New York, raised in Buenos Aires, Dominique is an Architect, community leader and responsible for its Chevra Kadisha. She specializes in Jewish heritage as an independent researcher, educator and activist. One of her areas of interest is to preserve the memory of ancient cemeteries, having achieved official protection for the Jewish cemetery in Barcelona (dating back to 800s). Research developed with her team shed light on its extension, a fascinating process with the use of old maps and documents. In Spain there are almost no visible remains of what once was a vibrant Jewish life. In her CONVERSATIONS, you will find and interpret visible and invisible traces.
